Jackson earned a degree in health, wellness, and recreation from UD. During his college career, he was part of the football team in 2003 and 2005 to 2007. Jackson holds the record for the most career rushing touchdowns at UD.

After graduation, Jackson continued to play football for minor league teams around the world. He most recently played for the West Michigan Ironmen. Jackson’s most notable athletic accomplishments since UD was being selected as the Aztec Bowl MVP and playing professional football in Germany. Jackson trains athletes, works for the 60th District Court, and is a chef at Thrasher’s Bear Lake Tavern.

Jackson and his wife, She-Cosha, reside in Muskegon, Michigan, with their two daughters, Sky and Zoey.
