Alexandra (Watkins) Zurbuchen graduated from the University of Dubuque in 2014 with a degree in communication. Continuing her UD education, she
earned her master's degree in business administration in 2017. Alexandra was a member of the women’s soccer team from 2010-2013, earning All-Conference and All-Region honors. She also received IIAC Female Athlete of the Week recognition and five time Conference Performer of the Week during her college career. In 2014, Alexandra was named UD Female Athlete of the Year. After college, Alexandra became the senior program specialist at American College of Chest Physicians in Glenview, Illinois. Alexandra and her husband, Ryan, have a baby boy, Dominic.
