DUBUQUE, Iowa - The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association announced the 2026 USILA Scholar All-American Team on Monday, July 6 as University of Dubuque's Tyler Johnson was recognized by the organization and became just the fourth in program history to earn the Scholar All-American honor. 

As a flight operations major, Johnson (Homer Glen, Ill. / Lockport Township HS) ended his career with 100 career points and hit triple digits in the final game of the 2026 season. Johnson became the 10th in program history to eclipse 100 points for a career. He is also eighth on both the all-time goals list, as well as in assists. 

To be named to the USILA Scholar All-American Team, student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average above a 3.50. The athlete also must be an All-American, a member of the North-South team or an outstanding league or conference player. And the student-athlete will have behaved in a manner that has brought credit to himself, his institution and to college lacrosse both on and off the field.
