Hear from Dustin Bierman
"Luke played great today with his 67, and John Dobbe had a great week with his -2 score for the tournament. These guys battled all week long, and I am just so proud of them for fighting day in and day out this whole season. Special shout-out to our lone senior, Paul Bloomquist. He has been so consistent for us all year long, and he is going to be missed. What a run and what a year with this group. I hope people realize what this group did with a 14th-place finish at Nationals, winning conference back-to-back years, and pretty much setting every record within our program. A lot of firsts for this group, and all that hard work paid off in a big way. I am just incredibly grateful to coach a group like this. Hell of a year!"

The Spartans finished day four with 13 birdies and an eagle. Throughout the four days, the Spartans tied for the third-most eagles (2) and tied for the 10th-most pars (213) among the teams in the championship field.

The Spartans concluded the 2026 season today and will go down in the record books as the greatest men's golf season in the history of the program.
