PEORIA, Ill. - The University of Dubuque women's cross country team came away with a 10th place team finish in the 6k race on Friday at the Bradley Intercollegiate Championships.
Dede Davis led the way for the Spartans finishing in the top 35.
Davis crossed the finish line in 18:18.70 to finish 34th as the Spartans lead runner, while
Kiana Vogel (61st) was the next Spartan to cross the finish line, recording a time of 19:12.10.
Jaide Flowers (79th) ran under 20 minutes with a time of 19:46.50 and
Mackenzie Rader (101st) along with
Alexia Pecora (103rd) rounded out the top five scorers for the Spartans.Â

The Spartans will be back in action on Friday, October 3 when they compete in the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational. The 6k race will start at 5:15 p.m. from Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax, Wis.Â
