NORMAN, Okla. – The Second, Third, and Honorable Mention 2025 Division III PING All-America Teams have been announced by the GCAA. Carter Ruegsegger of the University of Dubuque men's golf program earned NCAA Division III PING All-America Honorable Mention honors for the first time in his career.

Ruegsegger (Blanchardville, Wis. / Pecatonica) earned himself All-America honorable mention honors after an incredible 2024-2025 campaign where he averaged 72.3 throughout 25 rounds in 12 total tournaments. Ruegsegger finished the season as the 57th ranked Division III men's golfer in the country and was as high as 13th earlier this spring. In his final year as a Spartan, he won the American Rivers Conference men's golf tournament and also won the Edgewood College Classic (-1), as well as the UW-Stout Fall Invite where he set a new school record for a two-day tournament shooting eight-under-par. 

Ruegsegger was also named NCAA Division III PING All-Region VI a few weeks ago.
