Women's Cross Country Runs at Augustana Interregional

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The University of Dubuque women's cross country team competed at the highly competitive Augustana Interregional Invitational on Saturday as Dede Davis led the way for the Spartans once again.

Davis was the first Spartan to cross the finish line in the 6k race, finishing with a time of 23:44.5 to finish 145th. Kiley Chapman crossed at 24:41.0 with a trio of Spartans rounding out the top five as Kiana Vogel finished in 25:22.6, Jaide Flowers in 25:34.8, and Ellec Armstead ran a time of 25:40.9. 

There was a total of 355 runners who finish the race. 

Up Next
The Spartans will next compete in the A-R-C Championships on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 11:00 a.m. The conference championships this year will be in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the Seminole Valley Park.
