GALENA, Ill. - The University of Dubuque men's golf "B" team captured the Clarke University Spring Invite on Tuesday afternoon. With rounds of 320 on day one and 325 on day two at the North Course on the Eagle Ridge Resort in the Galena Territories, the Spartans won the tournament title by eight strokes.
The Spartans had three top-five finishers as
Carson Rowe led the way with a fourth place finish after carding a 159 (+15).
Joe LaBarbera and
Bock Mueller (IND) were right behind in a tie for fifth after golfing a 161 (+17).
Drew Lindsay finished ninth at +19, while
Caleb McCullough and
Cade Bastian each shot +20 to tie for 12th place.
