DES MOINES, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's golf team extended their lead on Monday to 17-strokes as sophomore
Luke Harwick remains atop the leaderboard at one under par through 36 holes of the A-R-C Men's Golf Championships.
The Spartans had the best round of the day yet again, this time shooting 299 (+15) on day two of the championships to bring their 36-hole total to 586 (+18).
Harwick shot three over today and remains in the lead at one under par, holding a two stroke lead heading into Tuesday's final 18 holes.
John Dobbe shot five over par today and remains in third place at four over par.
Bob Ryan is in a three-way tie for tenth place at ten over par, while
Tyson Malak is also tied with Ryan after tying Harwick for the best round of the day by a Spartans golfer with a three over par performance.
Pauly Bloomquist shot four over today and is in a four-way tie for 15th place, just one spot out of all-conference honors heading into day three.
