CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) announced their A-R-C Women's Wrestling All-Conference awards on Wednesday afternoon. Grace Murphy, Sara Schroder, Shea Reisel, Alex Hofrichter, and Merin Yates all received All-Conference honors.

The team was compiled based on the top three A-R-C place-winners from the 2026 A-R-C Championships that took place on January 24 at Central College.

Reisel captured her first A-R-C Championship by winning five consecutive matches in the 117lbs weight class at the A-R-C Championships. Hofrichter placed second in the 160lbs weight class, losing by decision in the championship match. Yates placed second in the 180lbs weight class, also losing by decision in the championship match. Murphy received All-Conference honors for placing third in the 103lbs weight class at the A-R-C Championships. Schroder, a sophomore, placed third in the 110lbs weight class.
