INDIANOLA, Iowa - The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) will send 11 wrestlers to make history at the 2026 NCAA National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championship at Xtream Arena in Coralville, Iowa on March 6-7. The University of Dubuque will be represented by Shea Reisel (117 lbs.) and Alex Hofrichter (160 lbs.) who both lost in the Region V championship round to finish second for head coach Dennis Hall.

UD finished seventh, just a point out of sixth place in the 15 team regional. The team regional champion was Division I University of Iowa. UD's Shea Reisel received the #7 seed at 117 lbs. bracket in the national championships along with teammate Alex Hofrichter who also will be a #7 seed in the 160 lbs. bracket entering the championships.
