KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NABC has announced the 2025-26 NABC Division III All-District Teams on Tuesday afternoon as University of Dubuque junior guard
Grady Thompson earned NABC District 9 Second Team honors.
Thompson (Princeton, Ill. / Princeton HS) had a stellar junior season for the Spartans averaging 18.2 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per game, while tallying 42 assists and 30 steals. Thompson had two games this season scoring 30+ points with a career-high 33 against Buena Vista back in early January. He also had 10 games of 20+ points and scored in double figures in all but three games he played in this season.
In the A-R-C tournament semifinal game against Nebraska Wesleyan, Thompson became the 27th Spartan in program history to reach 1,000 career points, doing so with a 30-point outing to advance the Spartans to the conference championship game.
Thompson is earning his first NABC All-District honor and was one of only three American Rivers Conference men's basketball players to be named to the NABC All-District 9 team.
