LEXINGTON, Ky. - The American Volleyball Coaches Association is pleased to announce three groups of recipients—College, Club, and High School—for its 2026 Thirty Under 30 Awards. The University of Dubuque's
Karrah Davis, head volleyball coach, was named Thirty Under 30 college program.
The Thirty Under 30 program recognizes up-and-coming coaches in different sectors of the sport who serve in a range of roles, from head coach to volunteer assistant to club director. Each of this year's recipients had to be age 30 or under as of Dec. 31, 2025, to qualify for the award.
"My career goals are to continue to coach volleyball for as long as I can and at the highest level that I can," commented Davis. "My ultimate goal is to win a national championship. I love being an NCAA Division III head coach and want to push and support my student-athletes to be the best versions of themselves on and off the court."
Davis's coaching record: 50-15 overall and 14-2 in A-R-C including back-to-back NCAA Division III round of 32 appearances, one regular season title, one conference tournament title, coached four AVCA All-Americans, named AVCA Region 9 Coach of the Year, A-R-C Coach of the Year. Overall coaching accomplishments include: four national tournament appearances, two regular season championships, three conference tournament championships, and coached seven All-Americans.

College Awards
This year's list of Thirty Under 30 College Award recipients includes women's and men's indoor and beach coaches. These honorees work hard and are passionate about teaching, helping players reach their full potential, and growing the game at the collegiate level.
