CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) announced the weekly conference athletes of the week on Monday afternoon. University of Dubuque women's track & field high jumper Jaden Gatts was named women's field athlete of the week for the second time this indoor season and third career indoor field honor.

Competing at the UW-Platteville Invite on Saturday, Gatts (Solon, Iowa / Midland) cleared 1.74 meters in the high jump on her final attempt at the height, winning the event by two increment levels. The 1.74 meter clearance by Gatts broke the previous UW-Platteville facility record along with breaking her own UD indoor school record. She currently stands No. 4 in Division III in the women's high jump. 

Gatts and the Spartans will be hosting the University of Dubuque Sol Butler Classic on Friday on the A.Y. McDonald Indoor Track.
