ALTOONA, Wis. - The University of Dubuque men's golf team placed 12th at the 2025 UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational on Monday. The Spartans finished on Sunday with a round of 312 and sliced off 10 strokes during Monday's final round to finish with a team score of 614. Luke Harwick led the Spartans with rounds of 75-75 (150) to tie for 19th overall. The tournament included 22 teams and 119 linksters competing at Eau Claire Golf and Country Club (Par 71, 6855 yds.).

Pauly Bloomquist tied for 33rd after rounds of 78-74 (152), John Dobbe tied for 37th with scores of 78-75 (153), Bob Ryan tied for 71st with an 81-78 (159), and Tyson Malak had an 82-85 (167) tied for 103rd place.

The Spartans varsity team will enjoy some time away before they continue their fall season on Sunday, Sept. 28 at the Grand Intercollegiate being played at the Highlands Course at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wis.
