KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The United Soccer Coaches (USC) announced on Friday the College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year. Both the University of Dubuque men's and women's soccer teams earned the College Team Academic Award.

University of Dubuque Men's Soccer - Andrew Mathys - 3.52 GPA *Highest in the American Rivers Conference
University of Dubuque Women's Soccer - Jason Berna - 3.55 GPA
 

A total of 736 soccer teams (302 men, 434 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year. Of that total, 167 schools had both their men's and women's programs recognized.
