GENEVA, Ohio - The University of Dubuque added six more All-Americans on Friday during the second day of the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Jaden Gatts (High Jump),
Chloe Reiser (Shot Put),
Jacob Edwards (Shot Put) were all first team All-Americans, while
Otis Patterson (400 Meters),
Blake Hardison (110 Meter Hurdles), and
Dakota Hoffman (Shot Put) were all second team All-Americans.
Gatts became the first-ever in program history to earn All-American honors in the women's outdoor high jump after clearing 1.68 meters for the first time this season, finishing in third place. The Spartans picked up two All-Americans in the men's shot put as Edwards finished eighth with a toss of 17.21 meters on his fourth throw. Hoffman finished 16th in the event after his third throw of 16.32 meters.
Reiser earned her first All-American honor of her career after finishing seventh in the women's shot put, becoming the fourth in program history to earn All-American status in the event. Both Hardison (110 Meter Hurdles) and Patterson (400 Meters) finished their careers on Friday with second-team All-American honors in their respective events.
Hutchinson used a late push in the final 100 meters of the 800 meters to finish top two in his heat, which qualified him for the 800 meter final tomorrow afternoon.
The women's track and field team would tie for 27th with 10 points in the final standings of the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Track and Field National Championships.
