PLATTEVILLE, Wis. - The University of Dubuque women's track and field had field event athletes compete at the UW-Platteville final qualifier. The Spartans were led by two event winners, Faith Hayes in the triple jump and Breen Duffy in the weight throw.

Faith Hayes had an outstanding afternoon winning the triple jump by leaping a personal best of 10.70 meters. Breen Duffy had a personal best day to win the weight throw with a toss of 16.26m. Other top finishing marks included Jaden Gatts in the high jump who finished second with a mark of 1.64 meters. Gatts will also jump tomorrow at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier as she currently sits just outside of the qualifying mark. Her season best is currently 1.64m.
