DUBUQUE, Iowa – The University of Dubuque women's track and field team hosted the Spartans Shootout on Saturday from A.Y. McDonald Track. The Spartans scored a total of 185.5 points to finish first place in dominating fashion. The Spartans had four champions on the day which included the shot put, weight throw, triple jump and the 4x400 meter relay.
The first winner on the day came from
Jasmine Angel in the weight throw who had a best mark of 14.80 meters.
Chloe Reiser had another impressive performance to win the shot put with a throw of 13.42 meters. Freshman
Faith Hayes won her first collegiate event in the triple jump today. Hayes posted a best mark of 10.60 meters to win the event. The 4x400 meter relay team consisting of

Gianna Borzileri,
Kiana Vogel, and
Mackenzie Rader won the race with a time of 4:13.40.
