The Duhawks did not go away quietly, going on a 10-0 run in the first three minutes of the fourth to pull within five. Grace Brumley would end the Duhawks run with a three-point play, which would lead to the Spartans increasing their lead back to double digits before knocking down 5-6 at the line to seal the win.
