Box Score LINCOLN, Neb. - The University of Dubuque women's tennis was looking for an American Rivers Conference road victory when they travelled across the state of Iowa and into Nebraska. The dual meet against the host Nebraska Wesleyan University Prairiewolves would bounce in favor of the hosts in a tightly contested 4-3 match. It was the Spartans second consecutive A-R-C road loss by a 4-3 margin.
UD lost all three doubles matches to lose the doubles point, but would rally to grab the first three singles matches. UD's
Molly Jex would win #1 singles 7-6 (2), 6-2.
Adriana Benavente hit her way to the victory at #2 singles 6-4, 6-4.
Sarah Wilde won #3 singles 6-4, 6-2.
Jayda Floyd lost #4 singles 6-0, 6-3,
Breann Kieliszewski lost #5 singles 6-2, 6-3, and
Kadia Cole lost #6 singles 7-5, 6-2.

UD will drive to Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa to finish their three game road trip this week when they face the Beavers on Buntrock Tennis Courts at 10:00 a.m. The A-R-C Individual Tournament hosted by Central College begins on Friday, Oct. 11 at 8:00 a.m. in Pella, Iowa.
