Kyle Radi singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run. Both offenses were strong at the plate as University of Dubuque Spartans collected 17 hits and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology 14 in the high-scoring affair

Kellen Mitchell singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run. After University of Dubuque Spartans scored two runs in the top of the seventh, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology answered with two of their own. Edward Rosas started the game for University of Dubuque Spartans. The pitcher surrendered two runs on seven hits over five innings, striking out four.

University of Dubuque Spartans ran off with the lead late in the game in a 9-8 victory over Milwaukee School of Engineering on Thursday. Â The game was tied at eight with University of Dubuque Spartans batting in the top of the seventh when
Jake Cekander singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
Despite falling down by six runs in the sixth inning, Milwaukee School of Engineering tried to fight back. Â Milwaukee School of Engineering scored six runs in the failed comeback on a error, a triple by Brandon Beauchamp, a error, and a error. UDopened up scoring in the second inning, when
Colton Pfeifer doubled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run. In the bottom of the sixth inning, Milwaukee School of Engineering tied things up at eight when an error scored one run for Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Cekander pitched University of Dubuque Spartans to victory. Cekander lasted three innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out four. Â
Patrick Rafferty threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. University of Dubuque Spartans tallied nine hits. Â
Cole DeStefanis and
Mitch Pomeroy each managed multiple hits and all had two hits to lead University of Dubuque Spartans. Â University of Dubuque Spartans stole five bases during the game as two players stole more than one.

March 2 Won 10-7
The Spartans would overcome a 1-4 deficit through six innings and rally to score nine runs in the final three innings to capture the game against Saint Mary's University by a final 10-7 score. UD scored 10 runs on eight hits and committed two errors.
Anthony Scanlon earned the win on the mound and
Noah Zoglman collected the save after shutting down the final three batters in the bottom of the ninth. The offense was sparked by
Mitch Pomeroy and
Hunter Martindale who both send the ball over the fence. Martindale collected three RBI's in the seventh. Martindale went deep with bases loaded for four RBI's in the eighth inning.
Jordan Goldstein had the Spartans lone double of the game.
March 1 Lost 4-7
The University of Dubuque Spartans led 1-0 through five innings on Tuesday, but three errors allowed Moravian to take the lead at the top of the sixth 4-1.
Kyle Radi started the Spartans with a double to lead off the bottom of the sixth.
Cole DeStefanis singled through the right side to score Radi. He would be thrown out at second. A fly out and a ground out ended the rally.
Moravian added three runs on three hits in the top of the seventh to increase their lead 7-2. The Spartans added a run in the eighth and a run in the ninth but fell short. DeStefanis and
Max Snowden would both finish with two hits each.The Spartans would leave eight runners on base in the loss.Â
Aiden Sullivan suffered the loss, allowing one earned run, and striking out four after facing 23 batters.
Feb. 28Â Lost 6-12
University of Dubuque Spartans stayed in it until the end, but Saint Vincent College pulled away late in a 12-6 victory on Monday. The game was tied at five with Saint Vincent College batting in the top of the sixth. Despite the loss, University of Dubuque Spartans did collect seven hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Saint Vincent College had 13 hits on the way to victory.
Saint Vincent College got things started in the first inning.  Tj Dailey singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run. University of Dubuque Spartans knotted the game up at five in the bottom of the fifth inning, when
Jake Cekander singled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs. Saint Vincent College took the lead for good with one run in the sixth inning. Saint Vincent College scored three runs in the ninth inning.  Jordan Sabol and Billy Perroz all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
Casey Jones led the Saint Vincent College to victory on the hill. Jones lasted five innings, allowing five hits and five runs while striking out four. Â Tyler Chrise threw four innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Ben Kettering took the loss for University of Dubuque Spartans. The pitcher allowed two hits and one run over two innings, striking out two.
Shaun Logan started the game for University of Dubuque Spartans. The right hander surrendered five runs on nine hits over five innings, striking out five and walking zero.Â
Jordan Goldstein went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead University of Dubuque Spartans in hits.
Feb. 27 Won 19-4
Cole DeStefanis was in the zone on Sunday, tallying four hits and leading University of Dubuque Spartans to a 19-4 win over Waynesburg University. Â DeStefanis singled in the third, doubled in the fourth, singled in the fifth, and tripled in the sixth.
