She was a four-year varsity soccer player with the Patriots and was crowned BVAL Conference Champions during her time. In addition to soccer, track & field runs in her family. Taryn was a two-time Junior Olympic Medalist for javelin. Her brother, Calvin, currently runs cross country and track & field at the University of Dubuque.
