Amelia Haas is the primary Athletic Trainer for women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and men’s lacrosse. She came to the University of Dubuque in 2021 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer where she obtained her master’s degree in sports management after graduating from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and kinesiology.
After graduating with her master’s degree in 2023, she remained in Dubuque employed at Dubuque Orthopaedic Surgeons for a year before returning to the University of Dubuque in 2024 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer.
She has had her Level 1 Dry Needling certification through Master Dry Needling since 2022.
Amelia resides in Dubuque with her husband and in her free time enjoys being active, including running, working out, and playing pickle ball.
