University of Dubuque

Matt Levin is working with the quarterbacks in 2024. He played quarterback for the Spartans in 13 games for the Spartans from 2010-2013. Levin was a member of the 2011 conference championship team which was inducted into the UD Hall of Fame in 2023. He threw for 647 yards after completing 58-99 pass attempts for a completion average of nearly 60% for UD. 

He was a member of the 2014 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. The Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their collegiate career. 

He resides in Dubuque and is a member of the local law enforcement for the City of Dubuque
