Hear from Robbie Sieverding
"Our defense in the second half was much better and really the difference in the game. Our guys did a great job on the boards and we took care of the basketball for the most part. Jaylin was really good once again and Jacob had a strong game with a double double. Grady also stepped up and made some big buckets down the stretch. Big challenge ahead with a very good Central team on the road."
The Spartans move to 17-5 overall and 11-2 in conference play with three regular season games remaining. The Spartans magic number sits at three to win the American Rivers Conference regular season title.
