MADISON, Wis. - The University of Dubuque Women's Tennis team split their road schedule on Saturday, Feb. 1. UD opened with a 6-1 win over Crown College and lost to Edgewood College 1-6.
The Spartans last competed at the American Rivers Conference Individual Tournament on October. 12, UD jumped out and quickly captured the opening dual against Crown in a 6-1 victory.

The Spartans found the nightcap tougher against Edgewood and would capture the #6 singles
Ella Englehaupt by winning the first set 7-5, lost the second set 6-0, and battled through a tough tie break winning 11-9. UD (7-7 overall) will host St. Mary's University on Saturday, February. 8 in the CRWC at 2:00 p.m.
