Box Score APPLETON, Wis. - The University of Dubuque women's tennis opened with a 6-1 victory over UW-Stout in Saturday's opener before the match vs. Lawrence University was won by Mother Nature when rain pelted the courts causing the match to be canceled during the doubles matches.
The Spartans captured all three doubles matches and lost just one singles match en route to a dominating 6-1 victory over the Blue Devils.

Jayda Floyd won 6-2, and #3 double team of

Amelia Court won 6-3 to capture the point for doubles play.
Molly Jex moved into #1 singles on Saturday and won 6-3, 6-4.
Sarah Wilde at #2 singles won 6-7 (6), 6-2 (10-4),
Adriana Benavente at #3 cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 win,
Breann Kieliszewski lost at #4 singles 3-6, 2-6,
Jayda Floyd at #5 singles won 6-1, 6-1, and
Kadia Cole won #6 singles 6-0, 6-2.
Busy week ahead for the Spartans (3-3 overall) as they continue American Rivers Conference play when they travel to Coe College on Wed., Sept 25 at 4:00 p.m., they continue A-R-C action on Friday, Sept. 27 when UD plays host to Central College at 4:00 p.m. on Frank Farber Tennis Courts, and host the Simpson College Storm on Sept. 28 at 10:00 a.m.,
