DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's wrestling team finished their American Rivers Conference dual season on Saturday afternoon with a dominating 40-3 victory over the Simpson College Storm on Senior Day.
The Spartans grabbed additional points in seven matches winning two by major decisions and then finishing the final five matches with a tech fall and four consecutive falls en route to their season finale at home. The Spartans 7-7 in dual meets and 4-4 in the A-R-C will prepare for the 2024 NCAA Lower Midwest Regional Hosted by the American Rivers Conference at the Alliant Energy Powerhouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Feb. 29 and March 1.
