NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The University of Dubuque baseball team would be held scoreless on Wednesday against North Central College 0-11. The Spartans were held to five hits, all singles.

North Central scored 11 runs off 12 hits while committing one error. UD used six pitchers in the contest.
Barrett Bell suffered the loss after starting the game and allowing six hits and four earned runs with strike outs in two innings of work.
Edward Rosas tossed one inning and grabbed two strike outs after facing four batters.
Shaun Logan gave up one earned run in one inning.
Anthony Scanlon threw two innings and allowed two earned runs with a strike out.
Seth Crandall struck one out in one inning of action.
Patrick Rafferty threw the final inning and allowed two earned runs with a strike out.
The Spartans will host Monmouth College on Sunday, May 8 with doubleheader starting at 1 p.m. on Dan W. Runkle Baseball Field.
