Brad Johnson commented, "We knew it was going to be tough all the way. It was an outstanding job in a big time game and we kept fighting the whole way. I think naturally the game flowed and dictated a defensive effort. At that point we were going to take our chances and pick our moments and we're getting on a bit of a roll now."
The Spartans have won the last five out of six contests and return to their home turf on Oyen Field this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. when they host the Coe College Kohawks.
