Elias Finazzo joined the University of Dubuque men's and women's golf programs as a graduate assistant in 2025.
As a student-athlete, Finazzo was a member of the College of DuPage men’s golf team, earning All-Region 4 (second team), NJCAA All-Academic honors and placing 32nd at the NJCAA D3 Championship Finazzo joined the North Central College men’s golf team as a transfer from the College of DuPage, where he had previously served as team captain. At North Central, he played three seasons from 2021 to 2024, contributing significantly to the team’s performance in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW). Finazzo competed in eight events in the 2023-2024 season, averaging 81.13 strokes over 15 rounds. Notably, he recorded a season-best round of 73 in the first round of the CCIW Championship and finished 20th in the conference with a 54-hole score of 234 (73/82/79).
Finazzo’s background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from North Central College he gained experience as an Operations Manager at North Central College, coordinating cross-functional teams and streamlining operational processes, Elias Finazzo spend 2 years as a golf operations manager at Tamarack Golf Club in Naperville where he oversaw daily operations, staff management, tournament organization, and customer service initiatives. His role also involves implementing marketing strategies to enhance revenue and member engagement, while maintaining high standards of service quality.
