DECORAH, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's soccer team concluded their 2024 season on Tuesday night after a 3-0 loss to the Luther College Norse.

The Spartans and Norse battled to a scoreless first half, but the Norse scored three goals in the final 24 minutes of play to secure the victory and the regular season conference championship. 

The Spartans took four shots throughout the game and was able to get two of them on goal. Ayi Enoch Ajavon led the team with two shots as him and Will Blaise were the lone Spartans with shots on goal. 

In his final game of his career, Matt Marchiori secured seven saves in 90 minutes. 

The Spartans finished the season 5-11-2 overall and 2-5-1 in conference play. Ten seniors for the Spartans have their careers come to an end.
