DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque women's track and field team sits in fourth place in the team standings with 39 points after the conclusion of day two of the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The highlights for the Spartans in day two of the A-R-C Track and Field Championships started with
Demetria Johnson snagging an A-R-C title in the long jump and teammate
Emma Seipel placed third. Johnson also managed to finish the 100 meter hurdles prelims with the second fastest time at :15.08 seconds.
Kaitlyn Wilder placed first in the discus throw with a toss of 46.55 meters. Wilder also finished runner-up in the shot put with a throw of 13.71 meters.
Alison Beeman had the fastest time in the 100 meter dash prelims and finished third in the 200 meter dash prelims.
