DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's tennis team finally were able to play outside in some of the best conditions of the season on Saturday on Frank Farber Courts. The Spartans were led by
Stefan Zrnic who collected the Spartans lone win of the day in a 1-8 loss to the Simpson College Storm.
Stefan Zrnic won the #1 singles 6-4, 6-4 and teamed up with
Devon Gerber at #1 doubles and the pair would battle in a close match to a 6-8 loss.
Devon Gerber lost at #3 singles in a third set tie break 2-6, 7-6, 5-10.
Josh Husemann lost #2 singles 1-6, 3-6,
Brady McIntyre lost #4 singles 3-6, 1-6,
Zach Norman lost #5 singles 0-6, 0-6, and
Maxwell Flaten lost #6 singles 0-6, 0-6.

The Spartans will host the Central College Dutch on Sunday, April 25 on Frank Farber Courts beginning at 10 a.m.
