DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque women's tennis fell to the visiting UW-La Crosse Eagles on Tuesday afternoon 0-9.

A stout team from UW-La Crosse allowed the Spartans just four set wins in singles competition and two sets in doubles action. Alyssa Stevenson captured one set in the second set at #1 singles, losing 0-6, 1-6. Lauren Colon won a set in the first set, but lost the match at #2 singles 6-1, 6-0. Santa Roman would win two sets in the second set of the #6 singles and lost 0-6, 2-6.

In double play, UD Alyssa Stevenson/Lauren Colon lost #1 doubles by a 1-8 margin. Erykah Ames/Liliana Leguizamo at #2 doubles lost 0-8. Santa Roman and Patient Jabbah at #3 doubles would lose 1-8.
